YOUR DAY AT DAYLESFORD

Each of our courses provide practical and demonstration cookery sessions where you’ll be able to watch our skilled tutors and then get hands-on with the cooking. We’ll provide everything you need for the day including recipes, ingredients, chef’s whites and aprons.

We will provided teas, coffees and a glass, or two, of wine throughout the day. We’ll pause during the course to eat some of the dishes you have cooked and, depending on the course, we may also provide a few extra dishes for lunch. On some of our courses guests will also take some tasters of their cooking home at the end of the day.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your course starts to give you a chance to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, meet the tutors, your classmates and don your chef’s whites.

At the end of the day, you will take home a binder which contains all the recipes you’ve learnt during the course. You will also receive a 25% discount voucher to use in our Farmshop that day – the perfect opportunity to buy those organic ingredients so you can re-create the dishes at home, or treat yourself to drink, homeware, cookware and books.

You’ll be on your feet for most of the day so we recommend you wear comfortable shoes.

Full day courses: 9:30am – 3pm

Half day courses: 10am – 2pm

Evening courses: 7pm – 10pm
