Chef’s Table Supper with Nicky Clinch
We are delighted to be welcoming acclaimed macrobiotic nutritionist and chef, Nicky Clinch, to The Cookery School to host a seasonal Chef’s Table Supper with us this autumn. Passionate about seasonal, whole food and the importance of celebrating each ingredient she uses, Nicky will create a series of nutritious, health-giving dishes through the evening, designed to nourish from the inside out.
Beginning with a welcome drink and canapes, you will then sit down to a five-course tasting menu cooked right in front of you by Nicky and our team. Watch each dish being cooked and assembled as you relax with a glass or two of wine from our cellar, matched to each course.
With the chance to talk to Nicky and pick up healthy cookery and lifestyle tips, this will be a wonderful opportunity to see organic ingredients from our Farm and Market Garden being crafted into delicious, imaginative dishes which you can recreate at home.
