Nicky Clinch – Wholefoods Cookery
We are delighted to be welcoming acclaimed wholefoods nutritionist and chef, Nicky Clinch, to The Cookery School to host a full day of hands-on cookery this January. Passionate about seasonal, whole food and the importance of celebrating each ingredient she uses, Nicky will introduce you to a series of nutritious, health-giving dishes, designed to nourish from the inside out.
Over the course of the day you will enjoy a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery sessions, to create a selection of delicious dishes, all of which you will have the chance to enjoy together, accompanied by cold pressed juices, herbal teas or perhaps a glass or two of wine.
With the chance to talk to Nicky and pick up healthy cookery and lifestyle tips throughout the day, this is a great way to start the New Year, learning lots of imaginative new recipes and revitalising your home cooking.
