Table Talkers: Supper with Patrick Holden
We are delighted to be welcoming Patrick Holden, founding director of the Sustainable Food Trust, to The Cookery School for the first of our Table Talkers Suppers on Friday 24th March. Join us for a four-course, seasonal tasting menu whilst Patrick leads a discussion about some of the issues closest to his heart.
An old friend to Daylesford, Patrick is a leading voice on the importance of sustainable farming and over the course of the evening will discuss what we should be eating and how we should be farming, touching on the micro biome, epigenetics and the interconnectedness of farming practice, food and health.
Beginning with a welcome glass of Prosecco and nibbles, we will treat you to four delicious courses, all cooked right in front of you by our chefs, using organic ingredients from our Farm and Market Garden, with wines from our cellar matched to each course.
