The Raw Kitchen
Our Raw Kitchen full day course will inspire you to create dishes using ingredients in their most natural and nutritious form. Join us for a full day course which explores the world of raw food with lots of inspiration from around the world, including a range of cuisines types, age-old and modern techniques. We’ll make a range of delicious, nutritious dishes based around the wonderful organic ingredients we have at our fingertips from our Farm and Market Garden.
Too often we think simply of salads and vegetables when we think of raw recipes, but there are a wealth of wonderful foods which can be at their best without any cooking, including fish, meats, seeds, nuts and of course carefully prepared fruits and vegetables. An inspirational day for anyone interested in the benefits of raw food and a great opportunity to try something new.
As you arrive, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee and delicious nibbles, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, creating your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our Chef’s Table to try everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in Provence, Chateau Leoube.
£185 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.
