The Complete Larder
A well stocked larder is something that all cooks should try and build up. It helps create dishes easily and with little notice as you have delicious ingredients to turn to immediately. Using seasonal gluts and a variety of preservation, sterilization and fermentation methods, we will give you some interesting larder ideas and recipes to cook from. Making the most of gluts and seasonal produce from our Market Garden and Farm, and how to have the perfect accompaniment all year round.
Full-day course, from 9.30pm to 3.00pm.
£185 per person, including practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.
