Overseeing all of Daylesford’s cheese production, Peter will guide you through the various methods and techniques involved in making and maturing our cheeses, with ample opportunity to taste the range of cheese made with the milk of our herd of pedigree British Friesians and Gloucester cattle.
You will then be guided back to the Cookery School where you will sit down to a seasonal lunch prepared by our expert tutors. The the menu will be specially designed to showcase how to incorporate our organic cheeses into delicious, seasonal dishes accompanied by a glass or two of wine to perfectly compliment the flavour,
£135 per person, includes tour of creamery and demonstration cookery session, lunch, refreshments and all course materials. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
