Relax and enjoy an informative and detailed glimpse into the world of cheese-making with our Master Cheese Maker, Peter Kindel. Overseeing all of Daylesford’s cheese production, Peter will guide you through the various methods and techniques involved in making and maturing our cheeses, with ample opportunity to taste the range of cheese made with the milk of our herd of pedigree British Friesians and Gloucester cattle.
£135 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
