This full-day course reveals the secrets behind our AWARD-WINNING CHEESES, giving you the opportunity to learn about our organic dairy cows and the artisan skills practiced by our cheesemakers each day.

You will gain insights into the milking process, the science behind CHEESEMAKING, the cultures and timings according to the time of the year, as well as cheese-making at home. After exploring the farm and creamery, join us back in The Cookery School for plenty of tastings and tips for pairing flavours. Enjoy a series of demonstrations and hands-on cookery learning the best indulgent dishes using our delicious, rich, creamy organic cheeses.

£195 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.
