Cheese The Full Story

Cheese The Full Story reveals the secrets behind our AWARD-WINNING CHEESES, giving you the opportunity to learn about our organic dairy cows and the artisan skills practiced by our cheesemakers each day.

On this full-day course, you will gain insights into the milking process, the science behind CHEESEMAKING, the cultures and timings according to the time of the year, as well as cheese-making at home. After exploring the farm and creamery, join us back in The Cookery School for plenty of tastings and tips for pairing flavours. Enjoy a series of demonstrations and hands-on cookery learning the best indulgent dishes using our delicious, rich, creamy organic cheeses.

£195 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.
