This workshop reveals the secrets behind our award-winning cheeses, giving you the opportunity to learn about our organic dairy cows and the artisan skills practiced by our cheesemakers each day.
You will gain insights into the milking process, the science behind cheesemaking, the cultures and timings according to the time of the year, as well as cheesemaking at home.
Expect plenty of opportunities for tastings and tips for pairing flavours.
Evening Workshop, from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
£75 per person, including cheese and wine tasting & pairing, refreshments.
