Join us in the COOKERY SCHOOL for this half-day course learning to master the essential techniques of chocolate and petits fours. Over the course of the day our TUTORS will guide you through a series of recipes, demonstrating how to master tempering, the filling techniques, will give you insights on flavour and texture combinations, and covering a broad range of essential skills.
Perfect for chocoholics, those with a sweet tooth or as a Valentine’s Day treat, we will show you how to make amazing chocolates at home. You do not need all the tools and equipment you might imagine, just a little confidence and know-how on tempering chocolate, using the correct moulds and preparing indulgent fillings.
£135 per person, includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
