Chocolate & Petits Fours

If you have ever marveled at beautifully formed, intricate chocolates and petits fours and wondered how they are made, this course has the answers.

Join us in the COOKERY SCHOOL for this half-day course learning to master the essential techniques of chocolate and petits fours. Over the course of the day our TUTORS will guide you through a series of recipes, demonstrating how to master tempering, the filling techniques, will give you insights on flavour and texture combinations, and covering a broad range of essential skills.

Perfect for chocoholics, those with a sweet tooth or as a Valentine’s Day treat, we will show you how to make amazing chocolates at home. You do not need all the tools and equipment you might imagine, just a little confidence and know-how on tempering chocolate, using the correct moulds and preparing indulgent fillings.

£110 per person, includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
