We have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but making time for a nutritious, exciting breakfast every single day is not easy when we are super busy.
This half-day course is all about making delicious, varied and exciting breakfast dishes that are full of nutrients and minerals to help kickstart your day and provide the slow-release energy you need to sustain you until lunchtime. Based on our Eat To Be Healthy course, we will send you home with lots of inspiration and new recipes for the whole family.
As you arrive, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee and delicious healthy nibbles, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our Chef’s Table to try everything you make, accompanied by cold pressed juices or perhaps a glass of Prosecco.
£95 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, dishes, refreshments and all course material.
