With the chance to make your own ferments such as KEFIR or sauerkraut, you can also expect to try a range of dishes we will have been working on well in advance, whilst we discuss fermenting techniques and the health benefits of many of these recipes.

Towards the end of the morning lunch will be served, accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in Provence Chateau Leoube.
