Ferments To Eat & Drink
Join us for this half day introduction to fermented food and drinks, exploring the history of fermented foodstuffs such as kombucha, kimchi, kvass and berry sauces over a series of tasters, demonstrations and hands-on sessions with our tutors.
With the chance to make your own ferments such as kefir or sauerkraut, you can also expect to try a range of dishes we will have been working on well in advance, whilst we discuss fermenting techniques and the health benefits of many of these recipes.
Towards the end of the morning lunch will be served, accompanied by a glass or two of our tutor’s homemade fermented liqueurs!
£135 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course materials.
