Fire Pit Cooking
Perfect for barbecue enthusiasts and anyone who loves food and the great outdoors, this course is an amazing opportunity to have a truly unforgettable experience at Daylesford.
Based in our stunning Chelsea Garden, overlooking our organic Market Garden, we will prepare two impressive open fires. We will have fun experimenting with different methods and a variety of dishes, including cooking directly on the fire, cast iron cooking, Asado style with whole animals, marinades, grilling seasonal vegetables and more.
Cooking outdoors is always a fun, sociable activity and we will be embracing this with plenty of chilled cider and beer to keep you refreshed all day as we enjoy the most delicious, flame-kissed flavours and share a wealth of tips and techniques.
£195 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
