Whether you prefer white, milk or dark the art of crafting chocolate is something that entices the inner child in all of us. We are delighted to be joined by Stephen Tarling, Daylesford’s Head Pastry Chef, who will guide you through the process of making your own chocolates from tempering to moulding while explaining the science and principles behind each step.
You will leave this half day course with your hand crafted treats to take home and share with the family….if they last the journey…
