Everyone loves pastries and cakes, and patisserie is an artistic culinary skill that challenges you to master how to work with different textures, and flavours. It is both hugely creative and unforgivingly technical; precision and discipline are required in order to create stunning effects.
This full-day course will cover a variety of different methods and techniques to create delicious desserts including macarons, a delice, sweet tarts and working with choux pastry.
