This full-day course is designed for people who are interested in cutting down their meat consumption, whether for health, environmental, sustainability or other reasons. We can all make a difference and having even one meat-free day can have a significant impact.

Our chefs and Cookery School tutors are experienced in cooking for all sorts of dietary requirements and we believe that if you do choose to eat meat, it is best to eat less but better quality. This course will share some of our best vegetarian and plant-based dishes in a combination of demonstration and hands-on sessions at the Cookery School. There will be plenty of tips on ensuring your diet is as balanced and nourishing as possible, with enough protein, vitamins and nutrients from a variety of sources. Expect to go home armed with plenty of inspiration to create delicious meals at home.

As you arrive, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee and tea, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down to eat everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in Provence, Château Léoube.

£210 per person, includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course materials. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
