Nutrition from Pregnancy to Infancy
During pregnancy and when nursing a newborn, nutrition and healthful eating becomes hugely important for you and your little one. It’s also a time when you might experience cravings or nausea and feel more tired and time-pressed than ever. This full-day course will explore simple ways to include nourishing ingredients in your home cooking and suggestions to ease nausea and indigestion as well as exploring how your diet can support breast-feeding and aid recovery from child birth.
Over the course of the day you will enjoy a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery, creating your own delicious dishes which will all be eaten together around our Chef’s Table. Developed alongside our resident nutritionist, Rhaya Jordan, this is a wonderful course for expectant and new mums who are looking for ways to support their health through nutritious, delicious foods.
£195 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
