Food For Fitness

While our love for food at Daylesford means we naturally think of eating as route to immense pleasure, it is also a means to fuel our bodies. Balance and nutrition are vital, especially if you are exerting yourself in certain sporting activities or challenging pursuits.

This half-day course focuses on specific energising meals with key nutritional properties. Developed alongside James Golden fitness trainer, lifestyle coach and consultant to the Haybarn Spa and our tutors, we will share tips on meal-prepping to help you get organised in the kitchen and ensure you are consuming the optimal nutrition your body needs.

£135 per person, includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
