Learn how to cook the perfect steak in this new 2-hour evening workshop. Whether you like it rare, medium or well done our expert tutors will demonstrate how to cook the perfect steak using our pasture fed, organic beef. This workshop will reveal the secrets behind maximising both flavour and tenderness and the overall skill to cooking a steak to any preference.
On arrival guests will be greeted by our tutors over a welcome glass or Prosecco along with delicious nibbles before taking their seats around our Chef’s Table to learn the art of cooking the perfect steak.
Guests will then pull on their aprons and get hands-on cooking their preferred cut of meat from a choice of sirloin or rib-eye. Once each steak is cooked to perfection, guests will head back to the main table to enjoy their steak supper along with a Daylesford garden salad, chips, a bearnaise sauce and a glass of red or white wine provided by our tutors.
Guests will finish the evening with delicious chocolate truffles and filter coffee.
