Hundreds of different varieties of organic fruit, vegetables and salad leaves are grown in the 28 acres of the Daylesford Market Garden. These include unusual heritage varieties as well as familiar things you would expect to find in seasonal veg boxes and farmers’ markets.
When the baskets and trugs are full, the group will pause for an appetising snack prepared by our chefs before returning to the Cookery School to transform the haul into delicious meals, guided by our tutors.
You will return home with the confidence and know-how to create delicious dishes using seasonal ingredients that are so often overlooked, as well as plenty of freshly harvested crops!
£195 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
