The Complete Larder
A well stocked larder is something that all cooks should try and build up. It helps create dishes easily and with little notice as you have delicious ingredients to turn to immediately. Using seasonal gluts and a variety of preservation, sterilization and fermentation methods, we will give you some interesting larder ideas and recipes to cook from. Making the most of gluts and seasonal produce from our Market Garden and Farm, and how to have the perfect accompaniment all year round.
Full-day course, 9.30pm to 3.00pm.
£195 per person, including practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
