The Great Wild & Foraged Supper

If you’ve been to our COOKERY SCHOOL before, you may well have met Jason. A chef with more passion for the outdoors and natures larder you will be hard pushed to find. We have therefore unanimously agreed that with Jason at the helm, a supper gathering at the farm is in order – an evening to celebrate the wild bounty of the harvest season.

We will be looking to the laden September hedgerows and woodlands for our ingredients. Blackberries, wild plums, elderberries, hawthorn and sloes each begging to be baked, pickled, jellied or stewed and served at the table for all to share. The game season will be beginning, wild mushrooms peeking through in the woods and fields and our open fire pits will be in full swing. September is truly a time for feasting, and what better time to sit around a big banqueting table together to enjoy the natural, wild bounty that the English countryside has to offer .

With a sensational menu up his sleeve, Jason and the team are ready to welcome you to the farm for the first of what we hope will be a series of enchanting evenings in the great outdoors. Come and join us.

TIMINGS: 7pm-10pm

PRICE: £65 per person to include drink on arrival, all other drinks to be charged on consumption

ATTIRE: Guests will be eating outside, come any weather.  Please dress appropriately for the weather
