This full-day course provides a comprehensive overview on sustainable, plant-based foods that will inspire you, whether you are consciously trying to lower your animal protein consumption or simply interested in varying your cooking and eating.
Using seasonal ingredients from our Farm and Market Garden throughout the day guests will create a variety of and diverse dishes. Our Tutors will share their knowledge on cooking techniques, flavour and texture pairings whilst ensuring optimum nutrition in every dish.
As you arrive, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made tea and coffee before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, creating your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our central island to eat everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in Provence, Château Léoube.
