Provencal cookery is rich with warm, summery flavours and recipes created with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are lucky enough to have a glut of some of these wonderful vegetables and herbs in our organic Market Garden come summer, as well as delicious ingredients from our sister estate in the south of France, Château Léoube. Our 25-acre organic Market Garden is the source of over 250 varieties of heritage fruit and vegetables. On this course we are joined by our Head Market Gardener Jez, who will take you on a guided tour of the garden, with the chance to harvest your own veg box before taking it back to the Cookery School to turn it into a number of sensational dishes.

B balanced: yoga, COOKing for health & HAYBARN SPA

Following a 90 minute yoga class in our Bamford Haybarn Spa we’ll create a series of delicious and nutritious dishes which will be enjoyed together for lunch. The course will then end with a 45 minute deep tissue massage, giving you the chance to completely unwind before your day with us comes to an end.
