25g + 25g butter
breadcrumbs
60g leeks
generous handful of soft herbs
1 onion
4 rashers streaky bacon
10g flour 10g
1 tsp English mustard
120ml milk 120ml
1 tbsp crème fraiche
1 chorizo sausage
lemon wedge
1 tbsp grain mustard
