CHRISTMAS 2017 DELIVERY DATES

The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 12pm on Thursday 21st December.

Fresh hampers and fresh produce (with the exception of turkeys, geese and all fresh meat orders) are available for delivery on Wednesday 20th, Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd December.

Fresh turkeys, geese and all fresh meat orders are available for delivery on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd December.

Christmas ambient hampers (hampers without fresh items), are available for delivery from November onwards.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

 

To UK mainland addresses: pre 6pm £5.95, pre-12noon £8 or pre-9am delivery £12. Saturday delivery pre 6pm £10.

Please select your preferred delivery day and time during check-out, if you would like to amend the delivery date please do not hesitate to contact us at onlineshop@daylesford.com. Next working day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm. We do not currently deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Our courier is DPD, Daylesford Organic Ltd and its employees cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will however make our best efforts to correct the problem. DPD offer a ‘predict’ delivery service whereby they inform customers of a one-hour delivery window notified by SMS and/or email – so you don’t have to wait in all day! Additionally, you can watch the progress of your delivery driver on a real-time map. If your plans change and you’re not able to sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place, collect your parcel from a local pickup shop.

In the event that we are unable to meet estimated dispatch dates because of exceptional circumstances, we will contact you via phone and email with a revised estimated dispatch date.

Delivery rates

To UK mainland addresses, a single delivery of items will be charged at £8 for pre-noon delivery, £12 pre-9am delivery and £5.95 up to 6pm. Please note, due to the delivery being by way of third party courier we cannot guarantee delivery before the specified time.  Daylesford also cannot be held liable for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. To follow up on an order delivery please contact the Personal Shopping Team on 0800 083 1233 or onlineshop@dayleford.com as soon as possible.

Offshore Delivery

If you are ordering to an offshore location please contact our Personal Shopping Team to make your order: 0800 083 1233 or email thefarm@daylesford.com. All offshore orders will take 2 working days to arrive, please note that no timed service (pre10.30 or pre 12noon) is available to offshore locations. Fresh food is not available to purchase for these location, ambient food or homeware only.

Offshore rates are as follows:

  • NI, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles: £20
  • Republic of Ireland: £15

Receipt of delivery

Customer’s will be contacted by email and text message from DPD to advise on their estimated delivery time. All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt.

If you need to alter the address for delivery prior to dispatch, please e-mail onlineshop@daylesford.com or phone 0800 083 1233.  Please note, for fresh food deliveries it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received and signed for, products held in postal depots cannot be guaranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held. Daylesford cannot be held responsible for food spoilage for parcels that have been received but not refrigerated upon receipt. We place advice stickers on our boxes, please advise the recipient to refrigerate contents if you are not receiving the delivery yourself.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer an international service, however, we’re working it…watch this space!
