All of our goods – except hampers – are Delivered on a next day service if ordered before 12noon Monday to Friday. If ordered on Saturday or Sunday you will receive your order the following Tuesday.
Our courier is Parcel Force, Daylesford Organic Ltd and its employees cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. CHRISTMAS 2016 delivery
FRESH PRODUCE DELIVERY DATES – any fresh christmas produce will be available for delivery only on the following dates:
1st fresh delivery date – Wednesday 21 December
2nd fresh delivery date – Thursday 22 December
Last fresh delivery date – Friday 23 December. This date is now fully booked and is no longer available
Please choose your date at the check-out. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery service for Christmas Eve.
AMBIENT (PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT HAVE TO BE REFRIDGERATED)
All ambient products will be dispatched as soon as an order and payment is received. Any orders placed containing a mixture of fresh produce and ambient products will be dispatched on the customer’s preferred Fresh Delivery date – see above for dates.
Hampers containing fresh items will only be delivered on Tuesday 20th December to ensure their fresh produce will last throughout the Christmas celebrations. Last order dates for hampers containing fresh items is Sunday 18th December. Hampers not containing fresh produce will be available for delivery from November onwards, or can be collected from our farmshops.
Christmas Hampers are unable to be sent on our next-day service, these are dispatched between 3-5 working days. If you would like to specify a date of delivery (beyond 3-5 working days), please specify in the order-notes.

If orders are placed before 12noon Monday – Friday we endeavour to dispatch your order on a next day delivery. In the circumstance that we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability we will call and email you to advise on the next best delivery day, or suggest a substitute. If you would prefer to receive your delivery on a date different to that of next day, please specify in the ‘order notes’ as you check out.

In the event that we are unable to meet estimated dispatch dates because of exceptional circumstances, we will contact you via phone and email with a revised estimated dispatch date.
To UK mainland addresses, a single delivery of items will be charged at £8 for pre-noon delivery, £12 pre-9am delivery and £5.95 for next day delivery (up to 6pm). Large or oversized orders – such as wine orders – will be contacted to discuss alternative delivery methods and cost before order is dispatched. Please note, due to the delivery being by way of third party courier we cannot guarantee delivery before the specified time. Daylesford also cannot be held liable for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. This excludes the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands. Some products, particularly fresh foods, may not be able to be sent to these locations due to transit times. If it is possible to arrange delivery to these areas due to the product in question, a surcharge may be payable for deliveries to these locations.

Receipt of delivery
Customer’s will be contacted by email and text message from Parcel Force to advise on their estimated delivery time, if you do not wish to receive communication from Parcel Force, please advise us on the ‘order notes’ when you check out. All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain a signature because the recipient is out, a card will be left so that a re-delivery or collection from a local depot can be arranged.

Please note, for fresh food deliveries it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received and signed for, products held in postal depots cannot be guaranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held. Daylesford cannot be held responsible for food spoilage for parcels that have been received but not refrigerated upon receipt. We place ‘perishable’ advice stickers on our boxes, please advise the recipient to refrigerate contents if you are not receiving the delivery yourself.
