Throughout our product range, café menus, Cookery School courses, farming methods and recipes, you will find a central phrase, and indeed a phrase that sums up our whole ethos at Daylesford – ‘Eat to be healthy’. We believe that nourishing yourself with the best quality organic produce you can find – be that fresh fruit and vegetables, a glass of whole milk, a bowl of oats or a fillet of wild venison – is the greatest gift you can give to your body. Eating to be healthy doesn’t have to mean cutting out food groups or restricting yourself, it is simply a life in balance.
Our goal is to help to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for you to lead a healthier lifestyle in the long-term, with light yet nourishing DISHES IN OUR CAFÉS, a new range of delicious EAT TO BE HEALTHY PRODUCTS in our farmshops and online and cutting-edge courses on raw food and sugar, wheat and dairy-free cooking in the Cookery School. Our Cotswolds Market Garden produces an array of organically grown seasonal fruit and vegetables while our rich farm pastures are the homes to our grass-fed cattle, sheep and chickens. All of this homegrown abundance can be found in our farmshops. Local food, after all, is the best food.
