Our courses focus on real food and simple cooking techniques to enhance your wellbeing. We are deeply inspired by the organic farmland around us and are proud to uphold the highest standards of ethical sustainability in everything we do.
GARDEN & FLORISTRY WORKSHOPS
We host a variety of fun, educational and interactive workshops and events focusing on organic growing, gardening, floristry and the floral arts, suitable for beginners and the more experienced.

Set amidst the picturesque surroundings of our organic market garden, you'll savor three exquisite courses that showcase the remarkable artisanal skills of the daylesford team and our commitment to sustainable practices, as evidenced by our b corp certification. the producers themselves will be present to breathe life into the dishes, sharing insights into how these special ingredients are cultivated and crafted.
