An Aussie at heart, Amy Chaplin has worked as a chef across the globe for over twenty years before penning her first book ‘At Home in the Whole Food Kitchen’ – a book which we are forever inspired by at Daylesford.
A pioneer in the world of vegetarian and vegan cooking, Amy counts Natalie Portman and Liv Tyler as some of her private clients, and when she is not working as a private chef, she is busy with her book, website and classes inspiring people to source top quality organic food and teaching them how enjoy it!
