Budding Chefs series: Children’s Cookery at the Cookery School

Our Budding Chefs classes provide the perfect introduction to cookery for children, inspiring them to think about where their food comes from as we explain the story of our organic FARM and MARKET GARDEN, getting them hands-on creating their own dishes with delicious, seasonal ingredients.
Beginning with an introduction to Daylesford and a guided tour of our 25 acre Market Garden, children will have the chance to harvest their own ingredients, which they will later use in their recipes. Designed to spark their imagination and introduce them to all sorts of flavours and ingredients, this course gives children the chance to see how much fun cooking can be and set them on course for a lifetime of good ingredients and homemade meals.
During their time with us, everyone will cook their own nutritious and delicious dishes, sitting down together to enjoy each dish they make, accompanied by organic Daylesford juices. Leaving with a recipe pack and plenty of ideas – they’re sure to want to cook for you at home!
Our children’s class is open to all children aged between 5 and 12 years old.
