In celebration of the launch of Daylesford’s new range of teas, we are delighted to be welcoming Jane Pettigrew to our Cotswolds farm for a series of tea workshops.
Jane has worked in the world of tea since 1983. After owning her own tearoom, she became a freelance editor, writer, trainer and consultant to various organisations and tea companies, including the UK Tea Council and the Indian Tea Board.
We will begin the immersive experience with a welcoming cup of tea, while we discuss the new trends in tea, the growing demands for loose teabags and the powerful properties of the tea plant.
We will learn how to enjoy the ceremony of making tea, from the perfect blend, to getting the very best from each ingredient.
If you have ever wondered why Britain became a nation of tea drinkers and why we are choosing green tea over the old favourite English breakfast, or would like to know more about the health benefits of white teas, then our workshop is the place for all of your questions.
