Spend an evening with us honing your skills for the party season in the third of our Effortless Christmas Entertaining series. After pouring you a glass of Prosecco we will introduce you to your traditional Christmas Day menu, demonstrating elements of the recipes before you all get hands-on cooking your own dishes.

The evening will focus on the all-important roast turkey with traditional trimmings, how to make rich flavourful gravy, perfect roast potatoes and classic accompaniments as well as imaginative ideas for seasonal vegetables. Most importantly we will give you a helping hand with timings and explain how you can prepare in advance to keep Christmas day as calm as possible!

Over four festive Tuesday evenings we will cover each course of the all-important Christmas meal from CANAPÉS, to SEASONAL STARTERS, THE MAIN EVENT and of course PUDDINGS. Join us for all four classes or come along to just one or two for a truly delicious, organic Christmas.
