Join us at our Cotswold Farm for the third of a series of three floral workshops with Eliza Douglas.

Eliza will teach you how to enliven your cooking with ingredients more commonly found in perfumery such as rose, violet, orange flower, jasmine and lavender amongst others.

Using charts and under Eliza’s guidance, you will learn about the smells and tastes of these exquisite floral ingredients.

At the end of the session, you will return home with delectable treats and recipes to continue the exploration.

About Eliza

Eliza Douglas studied at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in France and teaches independent perfumery classes and workshops around the world.

Eliza is particularly interested in creating scents to help viewers, visually impaired and otherwise, experience paintings and other artworks and has worked with the charity Fifth Sense and taught visually impaired students with Art Beyond Sight.

She is the Treasurer for the Academy of Perfumery and Aromatics, the American branch of the Osmothèque in Versailles. She is also the Fragrance Evaluator for Gallivant, a new niche perfume brand.
