Comfort food is more than stodgy mashed potatoes and puddings.

Come and learn how to take a fresh look at warming foods and hearty dishes for winter, to aid rest and rejuvenation at the time of year traditionally associated with hibernation.

This session is led by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan, who will inspire you to fill up on delicious winter soups, broths, pulses, quality fats, ferments and seasonal superfoods.

You will pick up all sorts of cooking tips and recipe ideas to ensure you eat well throughout the colder months.
