At Daylesford Discusses events we bring together a panel of experts to highlight and debate a variety of issues around food, health, wellbeing, sustainability, balance and conscious choices. Hosted by our Resident Nutritionist Rhaya Jordan and friend of Daylesford JOSEPHINE O’HARE, the events provide an open forum for both the panel and the crowd to share knowledge, experiences and ideas.

This October will be a special edition as we combine the evening discussion with a delicious, nourishing Harvest supper prepared by our chefs using seasonal organic ingredients at their best.

Our October topic is an important one and will see us question ‘Organic, What is the Point?’. Tackling this subject from all angles, our diverse panel will cover the complexities of food labelling; whether choosing organic can affect nutrition; what organic means for the future of farming; implications on the environment, wildlife and animal welfare; and what lies in store for the next generation.

A complex and ranging subject, knowing where to start or invest when it comes to choosing organic can be complicated. We therefore hope to provide a platform to help enhance understanding, empower conscious and informed choices and debunk myths.

We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy an informative and pleasurable evening of discussion and feasting.

We will also be hosting this discussion and supper at our Cotswolds farm on on Saturday 21st October – book in or find more information here.
