What could be better than toasting the weekend with a glass of chilled bubbles accompanied by fresh bruschetta, enjoyed in the open air on a balmy summer’s evening.

This year, we are hosting special al fresco experiences at our Cotswolds farm, serving our organic prosecco and four seasonal varieties of bruschetta among the olive trees in our courtyard. The perfect way to unwind after a busy week and whet your appetite for a delicious supper at our award-winning restaurant afterwards.

Our prosecco is made by a family-run organic winery that has honed its expertise over generations in the most renowned area of production, the Provinces of Veneto.
