Wild Cooking and an Evening Supper with our Cookery School: London
2nd November 2017
Our Cookery School team are delighted to be hosting their second Supper Club in London. Taking place in our Pimlico Farmshop on Thursday 2nd November, this one-off evening is all about wild food and the natural, sustainable treasures that can be foraged and found at this time of year.
Together with the help of our Environment Scientist Tim Field, our expert Cookery School tutors will begin with a short demonstration to take our guests through the many different ways that wild foods can be enjoyed, with guidance on how to prepare and cook a selection of game from our 2350-acre Cotswolds estate. Tim will talk about the importance of our wetlands, the story and background of wild game and a more sustainable approach before we sit around a banqueting table for a delicious 4-course wild food supper, prepared and cooked by our expert tutors.
