Our range of wellness teas and botanical infusions are each designed for different times of day, moods and occasions. Radiance is a caffeine free alternative to coffee with ginger, turmeric, citrus and cardamom to waken the senses. Spirit is an invigorating uplifting blend of green tea, lemon balm and lemon. Clarity is a refreshing mint tea with a touch of liquorice to add an element of sweetness. Digest contains nettle, fennel and ginger which are each renowned for the their digestive properties. Dreamtime is designed to sooth and calm and is perfect as part of a bedtime ritual and is the prettiest blend containing lavender, chamomile blossom, sunflower blossom, rosehip, strawberry leaves and apple.

For centuries gone by, nations have been built on tea while traditions, cultures, trading routes, skills, knowledge, passion and a great love for this ancient drink have developed with truly artisan expertise. From the hills of Darjeeling to the mountainous areas of China every tea is different and each variety equipped with the ability to summon a range of emotions – deep, earthy oolongs to warm and satisfy; bright, grassy green teas to refresh; sumptuously malted breakfast blends and smoky Lapsang to awaken; delicate floral aromas of white tea and restorative blends of botanical herbs, spices and flowers to soothe, calm and relax.

COLD BREW ICED TEA
While tea on our cooler shores is a cup typically served warm, a cold brew infusion is something commonly consumed in Asian cultures – and for good reason too. Slowly infusing tea with fresh cold water for 1-2 hours encourages a wonderfully sweet, delicate flavour from the leaves and keeping a jugful in the fridge is a fantastic way to ensure that you are well hydrated. Garnish seasonally with apples and blackberries in autumn or fresh strawberries and elderflower in summertime.
TEA OF THE WEEK: GENMAICHA
With each of their unique personalities, there is much to learn and discover about our range of organic teas and botanical infusions. This week we shine the spotlight on our Genmaicha tea. A unique Sencha green tea from the Japanese Shizuoka prefecture, blended with savoury, toasted rice kernels this full bodied tea delivers a fantastic umami flavour. We love to serve it alongside savoury foods while its earthy, savoury nature also means that it is a deeply satisfying cup in the afternoon – perfect for staving off any unwanted cravings.
