In the meantime, and in the spirit of the season, we thought we would share with you some of their sensational cocktail recipes.

 


 

white-russianSALTED CARAMEL WHITE RUSSIAN

An indulgent after dinner drink to enjoy by the fire.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

50ml salted caramel vodka

35ml Irish cream

35ml Amaretto

50ml double cream

METHOD:

Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour over ice into a classic tumbler and finish with an additional dribble of salted caramel vodka.

 

 


moscow-muleAPPLE PIE MOSCOW MULE:

A classic cocktail given a festive twist by using out own vodka infused with apple and cinnamon.

Serves 1

INGREDIETNS:

1 part organic cloudy apple juice

1 part vodka infused with apples and cinnamon

1 part organic ginger beer

Method:

Mix together all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour into a copper mug or glass with a generous amount of ice. Garnish with sliced apples and a quill of cinnamon.

 

 


CHESTNUT chestnutWHISKEY SOUR:

Ideal as an aperitif and a true celebration of the season.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

50ml single malt whiskey

25ml lemon juice

10ml simple sugar syrup

1 tsp chestnut cream (available from specialist grocers)

METHOD:

Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour over ice into a classic tumbler.
