At Daylesford we are renowned for growing and raising sustainable, flavour-packed produce of the highest quality; while in our kitchens we create joyous, inspiring and healthy dishes from whatever is in season. ‘A Love For Food’, our first cookbook, is full of insights from around the farm, market garden, bakery and cheese room, and packed with our favourite Daylesford recipes, from an autumnal venison terrine with homemade tomato and chilli jam, to a warming winter beef, ale and barley casserole, a shimmering rhubarb jelly for spring, or a colourful heritage tomato tart to celebrate the height of summer.
