Organic Bledington Blue Cheese
Made by hand on our farm, our organic Bledington Blue cheese is made with the non-homogenised milk from our own cows for a rich, piquant flavour and a soft, creamy texture. We love it with pears, spread on our sourdough bread, toasted. Matured for 4 weeks, with a natural rind.
This is a fresh product, shelf life of 14 days.
Our Bledington Blue cheese is a World Cheese Awards winner. It was awarded a Bronze medal in November.
