Lean and nutritious, we love to celebrate the British venison season, these meatballs are fantastic with mashed celeriac and buttered greens. Made by hand on our farm, using fresh produce and slow cooking to bring out the natural flavours.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C, once opened use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase: use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Pour into a saucepan, stir gently and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, without boiling. This is a guide only, check it is piping hot before serving.
