Eat To Be Healthy
Health and nutrition has always been very close to our hearts, and to those of our customers. This new addition to our course calendar will celebrate delicious, seasonal recipes that are naturally free of refined sugars, dairy and wheat flour.
Whether you suffer from intolerances, are following a specific dietary regime or are simply taking care of yourself, our course will give you the inspiration to create nourishing dishes from organic ingredients that are good both for your body and soul. Designed with the help of our resident nutritionist, Rhaya Jordan, all of the recipes and cooking techniques we include in this course focus on healthful, wholesome eating.
As you arrive, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee and delicious healthy nibbles, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our Chef’s Table to try everything you make, accompanied by cold pressed juices or perhaps a glass of Prosecco.
£195 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
