Perhaps the only thing more enjoyable than eating puddings and pastries is the satisfaction of making your own. This course will help you master different textures, flavours and skills to create stunning – and delicious – desserts.
The course is comprised of both demonstrations and hands-on tutorials to teach a variety of techniques and classic recipes to guide guests on the way to mastering this rewarding and delicious way of cooking. Expect mouth-watering flavours and recipes that follow simple steps to create truly impressive desserts to enjoy on the day of your course and to take home to share with friends and family.
On arrival, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made tea, coffee and a selection of pastries from our bakery before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions to create your own puddings. Throughout the day you will be seated around our CHEFS TABLE to sample each dessert accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in PROVENCE.
