Focusing on accessible, simple recipes, which can be easily adapted to use ingredients you might have to hand, this course will give you a repertoire that is simple, nutritious and satisfying so that you leave us inspired to create your own dishes at home.
Over the course of the day we will cover meat and fish dishes as well as recipes for sauces, accompaniments and vegetarian alternatives or replacements for anyone with special dietary requirements.
On arrival, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made COFFEE and tea before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to try everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of wine from our sister estate in Provence CHATEAU LEOUBE.
£195 per person, includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our FARMSHOP after their course.
